The Kennedy family, MapleTree customers since 2000, sought a mantel to fit around their arched brass insert, designed to suit their traditional tastes in furniture. In our design, we followed the curvature of the insert's arch and added architectural elements of the home's interior, including a keystone, dentil block and fluted stiles.
