We designed this wrap-around unit so that the Dickenson family, MapleTree customers since 2002, could take it with them to their next home, while creating a cozy "built-in" feeling. Bifolding pocket doors hide the plasma television when it's not in use. Decorative baseboard openings allow the free flow of air from HVAC registers behind the unit. With such large units, whenever possible, MapleTree gives its customers the future option of "taking it or leaving it" in the future, depending on the customer's choice, the prospective home purchaser's tastes and needs, and the price the customer asks for the MapleTree piece.
