One of many MapleTree projects for the two generations of Glovers, this cherry island bar is one of our largest bars. As is typical, the design process underwent numerous iterations and the proposal process involved several rebids, until the perfect balance of aesthetics, functionality and cost was achieved. (The Glovers selected granite tops. Many of our customers select laminate tops, with beveled edges, and people are fooled, thinking the tops are granite.  When developing bar proposals, we quote both options, and our customers decide on their countertops while we are building the cabinets.)
